The breakfast was nice on the roof top, and the food was AFFORDABLE. We spent 5 nights in clean a double room with super comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the monuments, the dunes, and great cafes and eateries.

Lovely building, unbeatable and stunning location just next door to all major sights in Jaisalmer, sightseeing, shopping and restaurants in the area, and the good restaurant. Good value for money rooms with super comfortable beds available.

I absolutely loved the charming and traditional decor of the hotel. The antique style of the building, with its well-preserved art and handicrafts, created a cozy and warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the rooftop terrace, were well-maintained and offered stunning views of Jaisalmer Fort. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. It was conveniently located near the entrance of the fort and within a short walking distance to restaurants and an ATM.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have a more visible and attentive staff presence. Although the children working there were friendly and helpful, there were instances where I had to ask for assistance or information.

Location: the hotel was just off all monuments at walking distance, and peaceful desert. The breakfast was exceptionally nice on the roof top, and the food was affordable. It was a memorable stay, people were lovely.

Shanti Home is a real gem in Jaisalmer! The prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the amazing view of the fort from the rooms. The staff are so attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities are all provided, and the rooms are clean and cozy. And let's not forget the delicious vegetarian food served on the terrace restaurant, with a breathtaking view of the fort.
